At the beginning Mr. Mawlawi Habib Rahman Sohaib, Deputy Governor of Kunduz Province and Mr. Qari Shafiqullah Wasiq, Chief of the 217 Omari Army Corps, spoke and provided information regarding the security, social and economic situation of Kunduz province.
They added that the local authorities and Mujahideen work around the clock to serve people and address their difficulties. Referring to the achievements of the IEA in various fields, they urged special attention to be paid to the education and health sectors, construction of roads and implementation of developmental projects in Kunduz.
H.E Mawlawi Abdul Salam Hanafi, while welcoming them, mentioned and praised the sacrifices of Ulemas and mujahideen of Kunduz province during Jihad against the invaders. The Administrative Deputy Prime Minister added that providing security, bringing social welfare and addressing people's difficulties in various fields are the responsibilities of Islamic Emirate and officials in-charge would not spare any efforts in this regard.
While referring, the presented demands, Administrative Deputy Prime Minister said that the IEA will deeply consider the proposals and take necessary measures.
