At the beginning of meeting, Mr. Alhaj Qasim Pacha Khan, on behalf of others, presented information regarding social, economic and security situation of Samangan Province and expressed his contentment and happiness with the provision of security and stability across the country.
He added that after enduring years of pain and suffering due to insecurity and instability, the people of Samangan currently live in a secure and peaceful environment, which is undoubtedly the result of the efforts the Mujahideen and officials of Islamic Emirate. Mr. Alhaj Qasim Pacha Khan also added that the people of Samangan, as they cooperated with the Islamic Emirate during the Jihad against the invaders, are ready for any kind of cooperation with the IEA for the strengthening and continuity of current Islamic order.
H.E Mawlawi Abdul Salam Hanafi, while welcoming them, praised the support and cooperation of the people of Samangan Province with Islamic Emirate during the Jihad against the invaders. The Administrative Deputy Prime Minister pointed out that the Islamic Emirate was established as a result of countless sacrifices of Ulemas, the Mujahideen and youth and it belongs to all the people of Afghanistan and supporting it is the Islamic and national duty of Afghan.
