At the beginning Mr. Sheikh Subhanullah Farooqi and Mr. Makhdum Abdul Halim spoke on behalf of others and provided information regarding social, economic and security situation in the aforementioned provinces.
They said that security is fully ensured and local officials of the Islamic Emirate are diligent in serving the people and addressing their difficulties.
Ulemas reminded the achievements and key positive steps taken by the Islamic Emirate in various fields and urged special attention to be paid in the field of education, establishment of educational and health centers in remote areas and the implementation of development projects in Takhar and Jawzjan provinces.
H.E Mawlawi Abdul Salam Hanafi, while welcoming them, said that providing security, addressing people's difficulties and serving them are the responsibilities of the Islamic Emirate.
While referring the presented proposals, H.E Mawlawi Abdul Salam Hanafi said that the Islamic Emirate will take the proposals into deep consideration within available resources.
