The Administrative Commission held its regular meeting this morning under the chairmanship of the Deputy Prime Minister for Administrative Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, H.E. Mawlawi Abdul Salam Hanafi, with the participation of the commission’s members.
At the outset, the designated committees presented information regarding their assigned activities and actions.
Subsequently, a comprehensive discussion and assessment of the draft Municipalities Law was conducted, and the necessary decisions were taken in this regard.
In the draft of the new Municipalities Law, among other issues, emphasis was placed on the role of municipalities in ensuring urban cleanliness and greening, preserving green spaces, and improving the condition of the urban environment, and practical measures in these areas were reviewed.
At the conclusion of the meeting, specific tasks were assigned to separate committees for further detailed review of other agenda items.
