His Excellency Hajji Mullah Mohammad Hassan Akhund, Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, His Excellency Mawlavi Abdul Salam Hanafi, Deputy Prime Minister for Administrative Affairs, Mawlavi Hajji Sirajuddin Haqqani, Acting Minister of Interior, Mawlavi Mohammad Yaqoob Mujahid, Acting Minister of National Defense, along with several members of the Islamic Emirate’s cabinet, numerous scholars, and Mujahideen, participated this afternoon in the prayer and condolence ceremony held at the Arg grand mosque.
The attendees collectively prayed for the soul of Martyr Hajji Khalil-ur-Rahman Haqqani, the former Acting Minister of Refugees and Repatriation, and beseeched eternal paradise for him.
