At the beginning H.E Mawlawi Abdul Salam Hanafi, appreciated the leadership of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs of Islamic Emirate, especially Directorate of Administrative Reforms and Civil Services for organizing the ceremony.
Administrative Deputy Prime Minister, said that simplification in administrative process is an accepted principle and an undeniable truth of nowadays, which help in reducing the gaps between government and people, adapting policies and strategic goals and achieving the desired economic growth.
H.E Hanafi, underscored that Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan considers simplifying the administrative process as a priority and an important goal to achieve.
Administrative Deputy Prime Minister, expressed that Directorate of Administrative Reforms and Civil Services has simplified administrative process of nine Emirati ministries and departments so far, which will assist in providing quick and timely services to the people, eliminating administrative corruption, reducing the costs, increasing effectiveness and people's satisfaction, reducing the gap between people and government, preventing unnecessary bureaucracy and brining transparency.
H.E Hanafi also added that paperwork is a time-consuming and troublesome process for clients, and it is vital to eliminate and simplify it.
Administrative Deputy Prime Minister reaffirmed the Islamic Emirate’s commitment to promote electronic governance and reform civil services.
