Amir-ul-Mumineen, the Supreme Leader of IEA, today met with the officials of the General Directorate of Intelligence along with the Provincial Directors of Intelligence Department from 34 province of the country.
The meeting was attended by the Chief Justice of the Islamic Emirate Sheikh Al Hadith Mawlawi Abdul Hakeem, the Acting Head of the Administrative Affairs Sheikh Mawlawi Noorul Haq Anwar, the Operational Deputy of the General Directorate of Intelligence Mullah Tajmir Jawad and the heads of intelligence departments of all 34 provinces of the country.
The meeting started with a few verses of the Holy Quran. Afterwards, the officials from the Intelligence Department shared their suggestions and information related to their work and activities with Amir-ul-Mumineen, the Supreme Leader of Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.
Subsequently, Amir-ul-Mumineen, the Supreme Leader of IEA, delivered a comprehensive speech to the officials, welcomed the guests and prayed for the acceptance of all the hardships and sacrifices of the martyrs, wounded, disabled, prisoners, Mujahideen and supporters of the Jihad.
In his speech, Amir-ul-Mumineen, mentioned the exceptional sacrifices of the Afghan people during the Jihad and said people from different walks of life including Ulamas , youth , elderly people and women made immense sacrifices for Jihad and stressed that people’s sacrifices should not be overlooked.
He further mentioned that It was the people's support and sacrifices that enabled us to win against a great Western enemy and people cooperated with us so much that they sacrificed themselves, their children and their property. Now the time has come for us to serve them, and face them with compassion.
He stated that the people are our key support and they want protection; it is our obligation to guard all their rights including spiritual and material rights. We shall look after all their rights; we will monitor the courts so that the right reaches the rightful, help the oppressed and free them from the oppressor.
Amir-ul-Mumineen said that orphans of the martyrs must be taken care of and it is their right to be faced with kindness because their predecessors made immense sacrifices to bring the victory. We have the responsibility to take care of every single orphan and provide the opportunity for their education.
We will be asked in the hereafter of every single person of the nation. beggars, madmen, and drug addicts also have rights over us which is their treatment. We will be asked in the hereafter, if someone dies in a desert or on the road because of drugs. Likewise, we will be held accountable for those who commits sines, if we do not stop the sinner from committing sin. We must free our nation from the oppressors and shut down the centers of immorality in the country.
I ask to provide special attention to the implementation of Sharia. All officials will give me an account of how much they have implemented the Sharia in this one year of our government. I ask you to implement my decree related to women with all its six articles and I ask you to carry out the orders at any cost.
Stop videos and pictures which are meant to defame the system; arrest the perpetrators and punish them. Do not record such videos and avoid other Mujahideens too.
Intelligence is the body that is directly related to the leadership. They will receive instructions from leadership and they will strengthen the foundations of the system and destroy the plans of the enemies.
You are instructed not to imprison people based on suspicion, but to arrest them in the case of credible evidence and present them to the court for a decision. You will enforce and implement all the principles and laws of the Islamic system.
The meeting concluded after four hours with the prayer of Amirul Momineen.
