H.E. Mawlawi Abdul Salam Hanafi, Deputy Prime Minister for Administrative Affairs, chaired the meeting of the heads of the twelve committees of the High Commission for Addressing Migrants' Issues this afternoon, with the participation of several members and heads of the mentioned commission’s committees.
At the beginning of the meeting, the committee officials presented reports on their activities and operations related to the assigned tasks.
The discussions focused on expediting the settlement of returnee migrants, providing land to the homeless, tackling water shortages in migrant camps, and initiating infrastructure projects in provinces where land distribution has been finalized. Important decisions were made to progress these actions.
At the conclusion, responsibilities were delegated to the committees, with a strong focus on improving services for returnees.
