Further, the commission examined matters related to land acquisition, transfer, and settlement processes for multiple projects, including the 10 MW solar power plant in the Surobi district of Kabul, the outstanding work on the 500-kilovolt Dasht-e-Alwan transmission line, the construction of a new substation in Buth Khak, as well as the extension of the 220-kilovolt transmission lines at the Chamtala and Arghandi substations. Following deliberation, the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation, and Livestock was assigned the responsibility of completing the remaining 20% of land settlement and acquisition for these projects. Concurrently, the Ministry of Finance was instructed to allocate the necessary budget for land acquisition within the 1404 fiscal year.
