Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar Akhund, the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, inaugurated the much-awaited Gulbahar Plaza construction project. During the event, Mullah Baradar Akhund expressed his confidence in the newly re-established Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, asserting that the country is now fully secure, providing an excellent foundation for investment opportunities that have never been available before. The launch of this state-of-the-art infrastructure project is a testament to this progress. Furthermore, he reaffirmed that the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan considers it a fundamental responsibility to promote the country's development, enhance people's livelihoods, and generate employment opportunities. The government is tirelessly working towards these goals and plans to launch more significant infrastructure projects in the near future, including the construction of major roads and expanding the railway network to connect Southern Asia with Central Asia through Afghanistan. In an attempt to boost the country's economy, the Deputy PM extended an invitation Afghan investors having gone abroad to come and invest in Afghanistan. He assured them that the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan will protect their lives and investments with all its might and will facilitate all kinds of cooperation. The private sector is building Gulbahar Residential and Commercial Plaza in the 9th zone of Kabul city, comprising hundreds of shops and residential homes. The project will require a total investment of 70 million dollars and is expected to be completed and operational within three years
