His Excellency Mawlavi Abdul Kabir, Deputy Prime Minister for Political Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, met today with tribal elders and prominent figures of the Shinwari tribe from the Momand Dara district of Nangarhar province at the Spidar Palace.
During the discussions, the tribal elders and dignitaries conveyed their satisfaction with the Deputy Prime Minister’s recent efforts to address their concerns over the past few months. They commended the Islamic Emirate’s initiatives aimed at resolving public grievances.
The attending elders and leaders provided insights into the economic conditions of the people in their respective regions. They highlighted the necessity of various projects to mitigate the challenges in their areas.
They further advocated for the integration of public opinions and suggestions in the execution of local developmental plans. Additionally, they pledged comprehensive cooperation with governmental institutions.
H.E. Mawlavi Abdul Kabir extended his welcome to the tribal elders and leaders, underscoring that the Islamic Emirate accords high priority to addressing the people's challenges. He affirmed that measures are underway to consider public proposals through practical channels.
The Deputy Prime Minister for Political Affairs assured the attendees that requisite steps would be undertaken to address their recommendations and that solutions to their problems would be pursued in alignment with their feedback.
