Fifth Cabinet meeting: Discussions were held regarding the appreciation of security agencies and coordinating reconstruction efforts

On September 9, 2024, the fifth meeting of the Cabinet of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan was held under the chairmanship of Al-Haj Mullah Muhammad Hasan Akhund, the Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, where several important issues were discussed and decisions were made.

Beginning with the recitation of the Holy Quran, the delegation, led by Mawlavi Abdul Kabir, the Deputy Prime Minister for Political Affairs, was tasked with acknowledging the efforts of the security agencies in upholding national security. To enhance security measures and improve inter-agency coordination, it is essential that the relevant agencies convene periodic meetings and submit comprehensive reports to the Prime Minister's Office.

In addition, the Director General of Administrative Affairs, Sheikh-Al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar, was tasked with holding meetings with the institutions responsible for the country's reconstruction affairs in order to improve coordination and ensure a more focused approach to their work.
