H.E Mawlawi Abdul Salam Hanifi, Deputy Prime Minister for Administrative Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan delivered remarks at the graduation ceremony of over 400 security personnel from the Kabul Security Command at the Hazrat Hamza Training Center.
Deputy Prime Minister in his speech congratulated the graduates of Hazrat Hamza Training Center and encouraged them to use their skills for the peace and well-being of the people.
Deputy Prime Minister in his remarks stated that decades of conflict have deeply affected our country and its people. He added that it is crucial to support the people now and provide them safety and peace.
Deputy Prime Minister encouraged all Islamic Emirate forces to fulfill their responsibilities with devotion and to protect the Islamic system, public assets, the country, and its citizens. He also urged all officials and Islamic Emirate forces to adhere to the leaders' orders and to treat the people with compassion.
