The Deputy Prime Minister for Political Affairs meets with tribal leaders from the Momandara district, Nangarhar

In this meeting, the tribal leaders commended the establishment of the sharia law system, the maintenance of security, and the effective coordination between officials and the public. They pledged their full cooperation with the Islamic Emirate.
They also requested the construction of a retaining wall along the Kabul River in the Momandara district and proposed that specific fundamental and developmental projects be undertaken in areas affected by conflicts and war in Momandara and other parts of Nangarhar. The visiting tribal leaders further presented proposals to the Deputy Prime Minister for resolving issues and activating the Torkham township.
The Deputy Prime Minister for Political Affairs, H.E. Mawlavi Abdul Kabir, conveyed his appreciation to the tribal leaders of Momandara and affirmed that, with public cooperation, a sharia law system has been established across Afghanistan, ensuring broad security. He added that the sharia law system is a unifying system for all Afghans, emphasizing the prioritization of public issues.
He stated that he would provide the necessary directives to the relevant departments to address the concerns raised by the tribal leaders from the Momandara district.
