The Chief of Staff of the Office of the Prime Minister Meets with Elders and Influential Figures of Khak-e Afghan and Jaghori Districts

The Chief of Staff of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Dr. Mullah Abdul Wasi, met at the Arg Palace with a number of elders and influential figures from Khak-e Afghan District of Zabul Province and Jaghori District of Ghazni Province.
During the meeting, which was also attended by Sheikh Mahmood Zakiri, Head of Political and Public Affairs, Mr. Abdul Mateen Akhundzada, Mr. Abdul Nabi, and Haji Abdul Hamid spoke on behalf of the participants and requested special attention to reconstruction efforts in Khak-e Afghan District of Zabul Province.
They presented their concerns and proposals regarding electricity, water management, the construction of bridges, culverts, and roads, as well as schools and madrasas, agricultural development, and the establishment of clinics.
Subsequently, Engineer Abdul Khaliq and Haji Hafizullah assured the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan of the full cooperation of the people of Jaghori District of Ghazni Province and proposed the completion of unfinished projects and the upgrading of clinics.
Dr. Mullah Abdul Wasi, Chief of Staff of the Office of the Prime Minister, welcomed the tribal elders and representatives of both districts and stated that the sacrifices made by the people of Khak-e Afghan District for the success of the jihad against occupation are commendable.
Referring to the Islamic Emirate’s commitment to balanced development, Dr. Mullah Abdul Wasi stated that construction projects are currently underway in various parts of the country. Significant efforts have been undertaken in the construction of urban and highway roads and toward the achievement of economic self-sufficiency.
He assured the elders and influential figures of the aforementioned districts that their requests and proposals would be duly reviewed and conveyed to the relevant authorities.
