H.E. Mawlawi Abdul Salam Hanafi, Deputy Prime Minister for Administrative Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, met with a group of scholars and influential figures from Badakhshan province.
During the meeting, Qari Jalaluddin provided the Deputy Prime Minister with an update on the economic, social, and security situation in Badakhshan, stressing that due to the efforts of the Islamic Emirate’s officials and Mujahideen, the people are living in complete security and peace, which allows them to carry out their daily activities without fear. He also presented the people's requests for more attention to schools, educational institutions, development projects, and employment opportunities.
In response, Deputy Prime Minister for Administrative Affairs extended a warm welcome and reaffirmed that providing services, ensuring security, and maintaining peace for the people are core commitments of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. He assured that the authorities would make every effort to fulfill these responsibilities.
The Deputy Prime Minister also noted that, based on available resources, the Islamic Emirate would take the necessary steps to address the concerns raised by the elders and influential figures of Badakhshan.
