The Star Palace “Stori Palace” was built on the western perimeter of the Arg (presidential palace) and subsequently transferred to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Originally, this palace constituted part of the Arg complex. In the lower section of the edifice, a substantial conference hall was established, where significant national and international assemblies and conferences continue to convene. The palace further comprises various chambers, salons, and repositories. For the past eighty-six years, several branches of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs have been housed within its premises.
